Västerro
Västerro is run by Anders Westerberg. Fish processor Anders Westerberg is known for the Åland fish board with which Anders and Michael Björklund from Smakbyn took part in the Matverk i Sverige (Food in Sweden) food competition. Their contribution – an Åland fish board that showcases creative thinking – won the prize for the “Matverk 2016 Innovative Concept of the Year”.
