If You are looking for a quiet place on the countryside, we can recommend our Grandma's cottage for you on your holiday. We only have one big house for rent and we have sheep and a cat, so it is almost like living on a farm.
For the children we have a playing-ground with a sandpit, swings, a boat for the children to play in, a play-hut and a bigger play-room for rainy days. During your stay in Grandma's cottage you can freely use our rowing boat. The boat-bridge is about 2 km and the beach 1,5 km from the cottages. You can also use our sauna during your stay.
GRANDMAS'S COTTAGE
Grandma's cottage is a typical Finnish wooden house build in the end of the 19th century. We have been renovating the house completely inside.
In Grandmother's Cottage, there are four bedrooms for 8 people, but it is possibie to put in three extra beds if necessary. In the kitchen you will find a microwave, coffee-machine, water boiler, refrigerator, stove with an oven, toaster, an iron, an ironing-board and a radio and cd player. In the bathroom you will find the WC and a shower.
In order to get more space we have placed the washing machine belonging to the house in the sauna-facilities, wall to wall with grandma's cottage. On the first floor we have a TV-room with TV, dvd and possibilities to cook your evening tea, as well as a second toilet. A terrace also belongs to the house along with garden furniture and a tiled grill.
