Senses
The season starts with the spectacular spring bloom of tulips, daffodils, alliums, muscari and crown imperialis to name a few. Nearly 100.000 bulbs opens up to the warming sun in may. When spring turns to summer thousands and thousands of paeonie buds start swelling, waiting to explode in full bloom in midsummer time, covering the garden with their lovely scent and beauty. High summer is the prime time for roses and lavender. Together with annuals and perennials they fill the garden with a relaxing scent of beauty. During late summer and autumn our edibles ripen and it is time to harvest. The perennials are on peak display and the garden is buzzing with bees and butterflies. Step by step greens turn to yellow, orange and red as the autumn marches on.
